Our dream party dress features a fabulous full layered soft tulle skirt with a Tulle covered cotton bodice embellished with delicate tiny beads and sequin detail. A tulle spaghetti belt finished with tiny tulle pompoms wrap around the waist and playfully ties in front, back or side.
