Delivery & Collection Information

Flexi Delivery & Collection

Select Flexi Delivery & Collection for courier delivery between 10am - 8pm. All items will be press ironed and hanged in a garment bag.

We will not be able to accommodate any specific timing deliveries as we will have to plan the most optimised route for delivery.

Tracked Mailing

Select Tracked Mailing for parcel / package delivery within 3-5 working days. Items will be folded and may be creased upon arrival.

Tracked mailing is size and weight dependent. If your order exceeds the size or weight limit, tracked mailing will not be available for your order.

For returns, place the items back in the polymailer provided and stick on the airway bill that was provided with your delivery. Collection timing will be 3-8pm on the collection return date. Do inform us where you have placed the outfit for pickup BEFORE the package is delivered.

If you miss the collection window, you will have to arrange for a return on your own. Additional charges for late return applies.
