Shipping policy

Shipping fees are as follows: 

Courier Delivery and Pickup (Outfit Rentals):

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Do note that your order is NOT confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

There are two options to choose for deliveries:

10am - 8pm: $10 each way ($20 total)

10am - 3 pm or 3pm - 8pm: $14 ($28 total)

If you wish to change delivery methods or to amend your delivery schedule, do contact our staff to notify and amend your order at least 48 hours in advance. We will contact you via text message/whatsapp with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

We will deliver ONE DAY BEFORE your selected event date, and will collect ONE DAY AFTER your selected event date.

Accessories: 

Normal Shipping: $1.80

Tracked Shipping: $3.80

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Self Pick Up:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Sea Breeze Walk (unit number will be provided upon confirmation of order and upon payment of the deposit). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days OR one day before your scheduled event. We will send you an email and contact you via text message/whatsapp when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup is by appointment only. Please inform our representative and have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
