Q: What happens if my child accidentally spills food, juice, or gets a stain on the dress or suit?
A: We know kids will be kids! Normal, minor wear-and-tear and removable food or dirt stains are covered. We only ask that you use the stain remover wipes provided to get rid of as much of the stains as possible to ensure that the stain does not set into the fabric (which makes it impossible to remove!) In the same way that we do not penalise you for stains, we seek your understanding if there are small spots that are unable to be removed from your preferred outfit.
